In the State of Oregon assaults' of elderly and disabled people is a felony punishable by a minimum mandatory sentence of 5 years in the State Prison. Put on top of that the ADA violations conducted by your employee means those people can sue the living hell out of you. The reason the punishment is so extreme is to discourage the behavior shown by your employee.
