I believe they said the Everstorm was gathering in Shadesmar for a long time before it manifested in the real world. Could be that the Ghostbloods observed it getting bigger and bigger with an expectation that something would happen.

I think Sja-anat might be the Truth in Wind and Truth. Truth was one of the primordial spren of Roshar before being unmade into Sja-Anat. Calling it now.
@lachlankidd65173 күн бұрын
Yeah i had a very similar theory a couple weeks ago that i put onto the forum. It also explains why Brandon was so insistent about using the title despite all the push-back. Szeth and Kaladin are the knights of Wind, while Renarin and Rlain (who apparently have a larger role in this book and are bonded to corrupt spren) are the knights of Truth/Sja-anat

I was thinking Sja-Anat is the Wind, but it won't change much. The question is who unmade them? I have a feeling Dalinar is not going to have a fun time in the spiritual realm if he finds out in fact it was honor who unmade the spren of Roshar, maybe by manipulating the connection or identity, leaving them for Odium to invest in them.

Good theory. I think Chemoarish is the wind, but Unmade.

1:00 the horn/claw is probably Dragonsteel. The red/pink crystal is an aether (most likely Roseite). The egg is probably a reference to one of the new species introduced in Isles pf the Emberdark that looks like a humanoid bird. The red leaf emitting heat i just can't think of anything. The only "extreme heat" type of worlds we know are Ashyn and Canticle. Lastly we have White Sand.

I just realised how scary it would be if Dalinar ascended but still lost to odium, allowing odium to control honour

There was a unidentified Veden women that's probably Shallan's mother Chanarach but she didn't recognize her probably because she didn't expect her dead mother to show up and didn't register it as her.
@ExploringTheCosmereКүн бұрын
Hmm, maybe. I do speculate that we'll see Chanarach in this book, but I don't think that woman being Veden is enough for me to think that's her. I think Shallan would have recognized her own mother instantly, but maybe I'm wrong. I guess we'll have to

It seems likely that the unkeyed stormlight is made using Navani's vacuum tube method.

2:13 I don't think they're working with Odium. The storm was known about for ages before the night of sorrows. It's been building in Shadsmar for years.

Okay, I have a little theory. The fourth parabole of the Way of King talkd about how Nohadon left his throne to start the journet that he describes in the book. Dalinar is doing the opposite. During all this day Dalinar is always saying that he must be the one who takes the shard. I think that there are two posibilities: 1) Dalinar takes the power but he realizes he is not the right person to do it and maybe he can't do anything about it 2) He can't take the power BC he is obsessed with ascending, leading that to a defeat
