I think maybe put a foam core inside about 4 layers, maybe the foam wrap like packages are wrapped with, maybe it would work. A polystyrene foam would proably be best, )

That would make it really thick, I am after copying the thin metal blades not the standard fibreglass blades , it's all an experiment will get better in time , I'm just uploaded the video of taking it out again etc.

I think I'd do the vacuum infusion, it would be faster , cleaner, and more consistent. I have done fiberglass like that before. I had a heck of a mess! You can make a vacuum pump from almost any compressor, I use old air-conditioning compressors my self, you just need a catch can to keep the epoxy from inside the vac pump,
