i know the song is more about an ex but i also like to think its about the feelings you have for someone and you know you need to get rid of them , it can really go hand in hand with the lyrics and how you want to be in control of your emotions but you cant help but letting those feelings in but then wanting to kick them out the next.

fuck itunes. souless corporate entity that many independent artists actually suffer a net loss because they're effectively paying apple to license their music, and after that charge, only get a fraction of royalties. same with Spotify. bandcamp's mission statement from the get-go has ALWAYS been putting as much money in the hands of the artist as possible. they offer unlimited streaming, for tracks, artists can set their own price for downloading tracks, and even allow a free merchandise marketplace for the artists as well. ......coincidentally after checking the video description to find Evan's bandcamp link, the EP this song is on is still available to stream and download. why give an artist you love a penny, and a company that uses slave-labor 98 cents, when you can give the full dollar to the artist directly......and no corporate scheme will try to sell you something you don't need in the process.
