Ma'am, what if I make 10m height structure of I shape beam and bolted it with foundation's, so it is shear force or lateral force. And can you please tell at which point it is acting at C.G. of structure or at 10m?

Why Dead load is taken into consideration for windload calculation?

Dead load is the self-weight of the structure. So in the load combination, DL needs to be considered.
