Wind powered craft that can sail directly into the wind

Experimental craft using a wind rotor (wind turbine) to drive an underwater propeller to travel directly into the wind that powers it.

Have you tried the Savonius vertical rotor? Same gearing idea but faster rotation. Works with all wind directions.

The air blades would work better if the blades had twist to them like aircraft propellers.
