I couldn't find any schematic like this one. It's really helpful, thanks!

that's actually surprisingly complex, i was fully expecting it to be 6 diodes and some LEDs

nice explanation! i have the same controller. so we don't need that external green break?
@MousaSimpleProjects4 жыл бұрын
Thanks. In this controller you don't need external dump load because it has internal brake , I think the external dump load using for very high power wind turbine. Such as this controller: www.aliexpress.com/item/32601478989.html

Thank you sir. Very nice explanation!

The instructions say to connect controller to battery before connecting to turbine. Why? I connected controller to battery, then turbine, then installed blades and it spun up. Was that okay? The red light labeled "charging" has been on since. I haven't seen it turn off or the other light come on. The turbine hasn't stopped spinning since attaching the blades (the wind never stops here).

Hi. have the same wind controller. Can you please tell me How can I connect the dump resistor to that controller?
@MousaSimpleProjects Жыл бұрын
This one don't need external dump resistor. The dump resistor used for high power version.

I think that the sand is being put into the controller housing for the following reasons. 1. You feel the weight of the machine. It’s laughable though lol... 2. Sand is bad conductor of electricity therefore it doesn’t seem to been hurting the machine and it’s electrical and electronic portions. 3. Using sand as natural heat sink. It’s ridiculous but it is just fine to use sand as propagating medium for heat generated within the machine to the outer atmosphere. 4. Some sand maybe special and might have better properties to which we might be unknown. China clay is especially used to design pottery worldwide. 5. There might be still more reasons to put sand into the machine, especially the Chinese clay. Opinion: That sand should be laboratory tested to find more meaningful results than just laughs at the idea.😂

You are very clever to copy the circuit and find all that sand, it's just another China rip off. I watched a video the other day that showed China batteries full of sand, this is very bad, so thank you for your video.
