Hi mate, you can add an extra battery of the same voltage and expand overall capacity, just charge them both to the same level and make parallel connection. For the link, sorry, the guy does not make packs anymore…

Is it posible to only change the motor/ controller? Because I cant find the battery pack.

everything is possible :) changing only the controller will unlimit the max speed, but not likely add more acceleration and not clear how much actual max speed you will get out of it. Plus, normally batteries are designed for certain currents, so if you draw a lot of amps - that pack might start heating up and suffer.

Tah mate. I already gave up on the pathetic supposed 6ah power pack, I'm using the 11.6 ah pack from an old series carrera fury, fitted upright behind saddle stem, for now anyway, it will probably mob to front of bike for better balance, interferes with fold clamp, but I don't fold mine anyway. Will save me pennies up and get the other controller,or similar, do many controllers around now. Do you have any knowledge about the motor being capable of regenerative charging ?

Hi, sorry mate, no knowledge. But even if it had for what? Pedalling and recharging? I disconnect regen on all my bikes/scooters anyways

For down hill regen, some big hills round here. Mine used 90% on canal towpath, every lock has a short downhill bit, it all helps, especially when your fully off grid. 1000 watt motors fag tyres OK when you have easv, cheap mains power, pointless if your rely on solar panels etc to charge power packs of boats battery banks. Like water, no appreciation, u till you have to carry every drop you drink 4 miles somehow..

It depends if your new display is compatible with the ECU mate 🤷🏻‍♂️ there is no simple short answer to that. Trial And error most likely is your answer
