I find this thing can climb high gradients when pedaling with power. I love my one. It feels like a companion gadget. Fits in my car boot. I get about 20km plus on twist alone. I weigh 75 kilos. I find im tempted to pedal now and then as its fun. Can get a long more range doing it. The brakes for me were a bit weird and noisy. Any ideas?

I cannot tell without seing. Most frequently it can be trust issues :) you need to find that sweet balance spot which at the beginning is a bit scary. I suggest you try many times overdoing it on purpose and jumping off on your feet. When you are comfortable with saving yourself - it will be easier to commit. 2. Slid a slight uphil spot - it is easier to keep front up going uphil as it slows you down and affects the angle 3. Try lowering your seat just a bit, play with the seat height. Enjoy, you got this! :)

I have yet to find an honest, non-sponsored review of this scooter. Every review video i watch has been a sponsored one with affiliate links and promo codes, so obviously they will tell you all the good stuff, but they leave out everything thats also wrong with the scooter. On high speeds the scooter wobbles like crazy, and there is no way to install a steering damper without drilling holes in the scooter. The brakes are absolutely horrible disc brakes. Any scooter that goes around or above 40km/h should have hyraulic brakes by default. And scooters for the price of this should come with tubeless puncture proof tires. The design of the deck makes it very easy for the battery to get wet, so the ip rating goes out the window. And don't even get me started on the suspensions.. Even if they are adjustable, they are horrible. You are better off just saving a bit more money up and get a better scooter because even for 1k $ it's not worth getting
@VRMinde15 күн бұрын
You are basically acusing me on doing unhonest reviews man. I can accuse you of workong for competitors 🤷🏻♂️ show me another scooter for this price getting even closo to this one? Adjust your steering bearings tension and nothing will wobble. You can see myself riding it at 50+ kmh without any wobbling. What is wrong with the brakes? You say “horrible” can expand on that? What is horrible? They stop you in no time. They are easy to adjust, they do not overheat, they are easily apied “gradually”. Waiting for your explanation why the brakes “have to be hydraulic”. Do the same with the deck design - explain me please where do you see possibility of water to enter the deck? I see a lot of flame from you but not much specifics.
@fumetsu-95015 күн бұрын
@@VRMinde wasnt my intention at all. i didnt want to accuse you of anything, but you also cant expect me to believe that a sponsored review will not be biased. i wasnt talking specifically about you, i type the exact same same thing under every review video, and you are the first one that took it this personally.
@fumetsu-95015 күн бұрын
@@VRMinde for the breaks, hydraulic offers much more stopping power which is needed for high speeds, the wobble couldve been avoided by if not including, but adding the possibility to install damper instead of adjusting screws. and the water can get under the deck from the screws holes directly onto the controller and battery cause there is no insulation whatsoever at the screws. again.. let me just say that i didnt say those things to attack you. i bear no hatred towards you or anything like that
@VRMinde15 күн бұрын
@@fumetsu-950 Because it is essential to me. I turn down 2-3 companies weekly because they want to "review my videos before releasing" or offer contracts where "if I do not like my product - I can return it to them and not publish the video. I do not work with any of them. KuKirin, Geekbuying, AOVO, and others are often in my videos and they got quite a lot of shit from me - if their product is shit, I say it is shit... Generally, I agree with you. I know which companies are these, so it is funny to see the reviews of their products on other channels. It is basically not a review, but a commercial. This scooter is literally my favorite out of many scoots I have tried through the years. I get rid of most of them, but I am keeping the G2 master as I genuinely believe it is very nice and enjoy riding it a lot.
@VRMinde15 күн бұрын
@@fumetsu-950 I might have a bit overreacted and taken it personally. Sorry about that man. Fair point that there is no "easy" installation for the damper and of course, hydraulic brakes would have more stopping power. The hydraulic brakes would increase the price quite a lot and I am not sure about value for money as the mechanical ones work really well. A few holes for installing the damper would not increase the price at all and would add a benefit for the consumer. And regarding the waterproofness - I was riding in water, like deck-deep, and pouring water with the hose, later opening the deck and there was no water in there whatsoever. But yes, adding O-rings on every screw would make it even better. But bear in mind that the manufacturer claims IP54 - which is "water splashes from all directions", so they are not claiming it will work "underwater" or with constant spray. I think it is a fair assessment of the construction that it is made. All in all, I think you provided good points for improvement. Some of them would not even increase the price too much. But I still stand my ground that for 1k EUR today it is hard to beat the G2 Master. Not impossible, but I am yet to see a good competitor.

Got a Hiboy s2pro a month ago, broke both bones in my left arm 2 weeks ago today because a car thought it would be funny to brake check me and stop to laugh at me after I had to make an emergency exit from the road to a parking lot to avoid hitting them. I hit the smallest pothole ever at 19mph but at that moment I forgot to lean back and went over the bars like superman. I'm so lucky I had a bike helmet on and just broke 1 arm in 2 places as it took the entire force of the fall, not a single other scratch on me. I can't wait to get my cast off at the end of July and get back out there, hopefully one day I can afford a better scooter. The worst part about scooter injuries is walking the scooter over a mile home with multiple broken bones and then driving myself to the ER since everyone I knew was working -_- Ty so much for this video, it'll help prevent future injuries!

@VRMinde22 күн бұрын
There is a company called AOVO, that has the website aovostore.com They have brand AOVO certificates at least in the EU, China, and the US, but I'm not sure about other countries. The scooter is from them. And then there is a company called "AOVOpro", they have a website AOVOpro and they also have brand certificates for AOVOpro scooters. So they are two different companies calling each other "fake" and making similar scooters. What is important here, that many of their scooters (I mean both companies) are knock-offs of other brands like in this case Xiaomi M365. So all of them are fake and not fake at the same time. Hope this makes sense...
