Another awesome vid bro! Don't worry I suck at freestyle too I always have lol but the first freestyle arena I practiced for a while and you can get big air and big tricks on it and really got my whips and stuff dialed in. I free ride more than anything on this game cause it's so fun with the physics, I love the game the more I play it! Once they get the patches rolling in and fixed the frame rate, this game is gonna be even more badass! Awesome vid man as always! Also that frontflip off the rock was insane 😂 there's a bunch of awesome rocks you can jump on the Keys map you were on I believe it is.

if you press your left stick to the right or left in the air you can do a more realistic 360, it is really slow but it works. nice vid as always

2 best tricks are Body Flip and Bike flip Bike Flip: R1 + L3 Right + R3 Up Body Flip: R1 + L3 Right + R3 Down Whip: L3 Right + R3 Left -> R3 + L3 Right or Left -> Push both sticks opposite way then use L3 Left + R3 Right do all that fast with Chassis all the way up and do the whip as fast as u would do a scrub. Your whips will progress so much

I did a double in Alive. They don't give you any points for one flip let alone two. When I played online free ride on Alive last winter on my PS3 they still had people playing it and not one did any flips the whole time I played it.

Hey Windham, for a better 360, hold the sticks like you would with an oppo but just don’t let go, keep holding them apart and it will look more realistic

Cool little fun fact, you can actually do tricks in your WHEELIES. So if you do the taunt while doing a wheelie it almost looks like a hand drag, and you can even do a bar hop and do a wheelie with your legs over the bars haha. It's pretty cool, however it's a little hard to do consistently.

If you are using a controller point the both analog sticks in unison in the direction that you want to whip Still in unison point them back straight

You use the oppo whip mechanic for 360. instead of doing the whip, you just keep going.

Or if you have enough air you can just use the left stick or right stick to rotate differently I think the left stick makes a regular 360

The taunt and I dont remember if its front or back flip but do the taunt for crazy spin, or like the one were you put both legs to the side and your body makes like a little L or something

Everyone including Windham, try to do a quad backflip at the rolling hills practice. U hit into fifth gear and ride all the way to the finish line jump and go between 81% or higher in the air and pull back quick.

I finally caved and bought this game. it's downloading right now but I havnt played since off-road fury 1 and 2 lol, in your opinion do you think they will continue to add more maps and nationals and keep improving the game?

Its fun, but some of the performance issues hinder the gameplay experience. I think it will keep getting better, but right now, there is still a lot of work to be done. As far as adding maps and tracks, I personally think more tracks for sure will be added in. Maybe if we are lucky some replicas too.

It's a good game, but I will definitely be playing mxgp3 or MES over it for the racing experience. Sorry THQ, but you guys should have took another year and half or so to refine the game and give the players some time to look at it in beta for for proper feedback.

actually you'll get a 10 times better looking 360 if you pull in between 4-5 o'clock on the right stick and left on the left stick. Or in between 7-8 o'clock on the right stick and right on the left stick. Enjoy :)... Also throwing whips with heel clickers is very satisfying in this game fyi

That’s not the 360, you use the left stick. Oh, and to do “Big tricks” you use both sticks at once. I think you know that but it is honestly hard to tell. XD
