Windows 10/11 Stuck on Diagnosing Your PC loop

My screen doesn't show the Windows logo. Only the HP logo comes on. This didn't work for me. Any suggestions for bringing up the Windows logo.

try to Reset your PC then, and the next method you can apply is reinstall new OS

What to do if your pc is not shutting down forcefully.

If it’s still not fixed take the battery on the motherboard out for 5 minutes and then put it back in. If you don’t know how search up how to clear CMOS

My Condition- Reset this Pc not working No restore point Stuck at diagnosing your Pc Solution made a bootable USB and Installed fresh windows boot files got corrupted and no restore point First try Restore point Secondly try repair windows through pendrive Last Do fresh install of windows ( in this case format Disk C and Recovery partition) and install new windows this will fix but data will be lost
