(One suggestion, before selecting local disk C for installation ,you will find a format button. You click on it to format the entire local disk c and then you install for better performance and storage management). Reach out for any help.

You missed 1 important thing. If the C drive doesn’t have minimum 8 GB space available, then windows files won't download on USB. I faced this issue and had to clear C drive for 8 GB. BTW, thanks for the video.
