THANK YOU SO MUCH. I have windows 7 and managed to update it to windows 10 with this video. I tried few other videos but they didn't work on my laptop. Also, it didn't prompt me to enter the generic product activation code and it still worked. I've literally just done it now so time will tell how genuine this is but I have also managed to finally update my Google chrome browser. Next step is to find Microsoft packages to get word and excel which I used to have until everything was wiped from the hard drive.
