Windows 10 - How to Clear the Printer Queue

This video shows how to clear stuck print jobs on Windows 10
Here is how to clear the printer queue from the Command Prompt:
Type "Net Stop Spooler."
Type this command:
del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q
Type "Net Start Spooler" and then hit "Enter."

You can also click on each print job and delete or restart, etc. each print job as he show from the Dialog Box Question: After clearing a paper jam on my PC. I get the words Paper Jam in the title of this What is Printing Dialog Box... How do I clear that???

By the time we do the second method, 10pages would be printed out it should be a 10second job. If there is no way then we are behind. This is important job and it should be lot quicker

I am using canon LPB 2009B. It is printing all right, but print job is not showing. When i want to cancel a print, i can't do that because when i click on See What is Printing, the list is empty even though printer continue to print. I am using Windows 8. I reinstalled driver several times to no effect.
