If I login with my microsoft account can I disable the privacy.

Well you need to be at least a local administrator on that Windows 10 system. If you are, then you can adjust the settings as you feel necessary.

+William Panek Im gettin a laptop with windows 10 already installed. Does it matter if i don't shut off the laptop can microsoft access my stuff like banking,games, etc

Lupe - You can make changes anytime you want. But if you leave everything on by default, then yes. There are possibilities that some programs will be able to access your personal data. So turn it off as soon as possible.
