There's a new Windhawk mod called "Windows 7 Style UAC Dim", which takes a capture of the full desktop instead of the wallpaper. This could be more accurate to your mod.

For the watermark, I used a Windhawk mod which I don't remember the name of but you can search the term watermark and it'll show up; for Winver, you have to modify the version string inside shell32.dll.mui using Resource Hacker, the same thing goes for CMD but modify cmd.exe.mui
