stop lying, I have a i3-7020U CPU on my laptop and windows 11 runs flawlessly, even though I don't have any M.2 nvme SSD, I have 512 GB SATA SSD...so your definitely lying. and also your CPU is way better than mine, maybe there's any problem with your PC hardware

I will recommend you to clean install windows 11, if the problem still remains than there is a problem with you SSD or RAM, and also make sure to check you SSD health..
