I mean, getting a 2080ti for $1000 will give you great pleasure, but then spending $600 for 4070 for the same performance in the span of 2 years? Now that is worth it. even beefy part will get obsolete in the span of 4yrs, so it is just better to update your build every 2yrs or so, then you can flexibly decide if the upgrade worth your current budget that you don't overspend.

It depends, I have a 7900x3d and I still don’t think wins can do it justice. Also this video use low resolutions, gow was 720p. I only do 1440, and mainly 4k. I don’t the number stay same at those higher resolutions

Overall conclusion: Using 24H2 and 4090 in FullHD, there is less than a 10 percent performance boost in some titles compare to Win10. So if your GPU is weaker than 4090 and you are playing in higher than FullHD resolution, you will not see any difference. The only question I have - did you disable core isolation in Win11?

not necesarily the case, software update like this can mean better CPU and/or GPU resources depending of the games codes. What you said it's strictly for CPU side improvements and also in that case something like RayTracing and some game quality options used mora CPU resource that will also benefit with this

I don't know what to think... 24h2, improves frame performance, but decreases frame rates 0.1% low. On the other hand, for example in the ACM 24h2 it recovers some of the image definition with respect to 23h2, but it is still lower than 22h2. I hope and I suppose that it will only be a matter of fine-tuning the drivers, because there are curious situations, such as that on average more RAM is required from the equipment.

Honestly I don't get all the hate for Win 11. Of course the launch condition wasnt great, however I've been using it for 2 years now and the only inconvenience I've had is the implemented RGB conteoll of peripherals, which forces me to run Logitech G in the background for my mouse because otherwise the DPI settings are f'ed. Which isn't great but can be overlooked. Otherwise its great for me and just like a more stable Win 10 with a new skin and a little different layout. I think I'm going to upgrade to 12 when its 2-3 years old, but only time will tell.

The consumption of ram memory is much higher in windows 11 than what Windows 10 uses, that is, if you achieve about 5 to 10 fps, but the use of ram is lower in Windows 10. It is 1.5 GB more in version 11 24h2 than in Windows 10 , If you don't have a lot of RAM, I think Windows 10 is still a very good option, in exchange for sacrificing 5 or 10 fps, the difference is minimal and will be almost imperceptible.
