DISCLAIMER: I am in no way responsible if you damage your pc. BIOS settings can be sensitive so be careful about the things you enable or disable. The risk is in your own hands.
1. Boot Into BIOS
2. Disable CSM
3. Enable Secure Boot And Change Mode to Standard
4. Enable Intel Platform Trust Technology
5. Go to advanced, Trusted Computing, Enable Security Device Support.
6. Save and reboot
EDIT: Make sure fast boot is disabled.

To anyone having it already saying that secure boot is enabled but not active, try disabling it and then enabling it again. Then just save and exit, it worked for me

Another thing to try for anyone still having problems that might have worked for me is if you have Discord and it automatically boots up as you turn on your pc, disable that feature, then restart your pc and it might just help as well. Goodluck!

If you don't have a tpm and you have a cracked windows 11, it won't work at least it didn't for me. I spent like an hour trying to fix my pc after, but if I did have everything legally then it would've worked I'm pretty sure.
