bro what? i'm so confused, look at the theme of Windows 8.1, and also the Windows 10 Technical Preview theme is different, as the close and all the menu buttons on Windows 10 Technical Review are shifted to the right, so how could this be Windows 10 Technical Preview? also read the Winver, it doesn't say anything about evaluation, which would be present, so don't ever speak about it being a different OS, when you have been proven wrong
