Do You Know, This System Notification Event (Which Is Born In Windows XP Build 2481) Is Expired In Windows 8 Build 8032, With Changing Windows_Balloon.wav To Windows_Notify.wav And Its Event To The Default Notification Event Until Now. We Imagine That The Default Notification Event Hasn't The Background Sound.
