Build 1900.5 (also known as 1900.3) is the Release Candidate 3 (RC3) build of Windows 98 under the codename Memphis. It was compiled on April 24, 1998. Before the setup, it's recommended to set the BIOS date to April 25, 1998. This build does not require a product key and doesn't have a timebomb unlike previous builds.
