Sir, we use window for outer wall only, so the thickness off wall is 9",also the number of bricks consumption is 955 nos .. so the rate may be change

But, need videos of duplex houses done by with internal designs, quality of finish and interior etc. Hope, you would hv seen class videos of constructed houses at bangalore, mysore, Kerala and even at coimbatore.
