Hello, sir. I would like to know if the switch user option is disabled for security reasons and how to resolve when a user has an application-related problems. If so, how can I get in with my admin credentials?

Thank you for raising the concern. It is recommended to avoid any admin activity in the system while any user is performing any activity. Hence, one user shall logoff the client after completion of the activity. The purpose of deployment of the policy is one user shall access one system at a time. However policy to be applied as per site procedural requirement.

What do you mean not having access to sticky notes. What if he is writing password in word and keeping it on desktop. U will remove the access to use MS word.? U have to train the user not to share or write their passwords anywhere.

Sorry to say this but you would have done better research on controls. U r bringing the unnecessary controls here. I was wondering about disabling switch user option. 😢.

Thanks for your valuable thoughts on this presentation.. With respect to your point of view, we have to think that compliance do not have any benchmark limit..on the other hand it is also the requirment of individual considering bussiness policies.. Blocking of mentioned applications in windows will increase level of preventing breaches of data integrity..

Dear Naveen sir.. Thanks for your comment. All companies are providing training on data integrity. All persons are already aware on that. But 1% or 2% people are doing data integrity issues. So that organisation became impacted during audit. So, currently all organisations are looking strong systems or policies to prevent data integrity issues. Yes, we would like to inform you, currently most of the company are removed access MS word from GXP computerised system. Thanks for watching….
