@@ceethannatch7959 If the issue is that serious. Go to Authorise service centre or trusted shop if you know one . I think they will perform a full scan which mostly detects the issue . Diagnostic shouldn’t charge you .

@@szacun2868​​⁠​⁠please help me I see that you encountered malware (trojans) aswell please read what do I have to say and please help me thank you very much. what do i do if i downloaded a virus but didnt open the file and i put it in virustotal it said that malwarebytes detected trojan in it so immediately deleted it then downloaded malwarebytes I got the free 14day premium thingy scanned and it was all clean but when I leave my pc on idle system in task manager goes to like 10% and windows update service goes to 4% or lower cpu usage I tried full scanning did it for 3h straight then decided to play some games (league of legends) while scanning cuz I read in google thats its okay but on my 2nd game I lagspiked 2 times 1st was like 6-8secs and second time 12secs or so so I turned off my powersupply cuz even tho I could move my cursor nothing worked and now I turned off the powersupply, turned off the extension cord and I dont know what to do. should I turn it on or bring it to a professional to look whats wrong and fix it. please help

Bring it to a professional, these types of issues are a lot more technical based meaning that the issue is best with a professional. Unless you are good with computers then you shouldn't really try. The malware could have damaged hardware, maybe it is a coincidence or maybe you still have something on your computer. @@Lant1s

i moved on from windows to mac because of this malware stuffs. since 2013 to 2023, never i have corrupted files, folders turned into shortcuts with funny names, and no mysterious memory-hogging tasks in macos. windows? yep, i don’t even know where those virus came from, and they destroyed some of my important files and left me traumatized. no matter how expensive, i will always take a mac over any windows-using devices (unless linux gets more compatibility towards most of apps i regularly use)

Disconnect your laptop/pc from the internet and then do an offline scan with 'Microsoft Defender Antivirus' which is BUILT IN to your laptop/pc. It should detect hard to detect malware. And for your phone, what kind of connection? USB to phone charger, Bluetooth, or something else?

@@PomG-to6gw Im not a professional so take my advice with a grain of salt. Turn disconnect your laptop from the wifi and then do an offline scan. This is so that if the virus' maker is controlling your pc via, he cant, do things to stop your scan. Afterwards, try to do the MRT thing.
