I am getting this error. Error NU1203 System.Net.Security 4.3.2 provides a compile-time reference assembly for System.Net.Security on UAP,Version=v10.0.10240, but there is no run-time assembly compatible with win10-x64. PushButton C:\Users\mmasn\Desktop\samples-develop\PushButton\CS\PushButton.csproj 1

Suppose we use this board out on the field to capture let's say ground's temperature and send it to Azure. However to send that data we need a Mobile phone to act as hot WiFi, but we don't want to use an expensive mobile out in the field. My question is, is there such Hot Wifi device that can use Mobile's towers (just like a phone) that is less expensive than a phone?

you can get gsm module with a sim card. that can send data. or you can use an inexpensive LoRa gateway and compatible board.
