I hope everyone enjoys the video! This one was interesting since her history is kinda spotty until about legion where she had a more active role, but until then it was more guest appearances in books and little storylines in the game, but for this one I use the wiki for the general timeline and then just referenced the material that is listed like the novels and various aspects of the wiki and in-game events to try and clarify what I could. I will be working on a Sylvanas video, but with how long her history is, that is going to take a bit so I am gonna try and post some easier history videos while i work on Sylvanas so I can keep content coming out. I’m glad you enjoy my content and this video! :) Sylvanas will be a BEAR to tackle lol, but I’m gonna try to do it little by little while doing other videos but we will see how it goes, either way she is such a big character it’s going to be a looooooong video haha but I’m stoked to get to dive into her backstory more :)

I’m sure looking to do more small characters or just less popular characters cause there are some that have a good amount of lore but just aren’t mentioned in game but there are so many rabbit holes to go down in the lore lol

It's been a while since I've done those quests, but my guess is Vereesa is surprised that the Night Elves would even be helping the Nightborne at all considering the history between them.

@@scrollsofazeroth she’s one of the best iterations of the “scorned woman” archetype. it’s sad how her character got handled, but at least i like to think nathanos is helping her sort souls down there so she can get back to the story maybe.

I hope we get a reunion between the sisters at some point in the future. With everything they’ve been through I think it would be nice for them to get closure for somethings and finally come together again. I agree that I’d like to think that Nathanos is down there helping her as well

She could always come back at some point saying she finally completed the task, but I’m guessing they don’t want to bring her back too soon with how people seemed tired of her at the end of shadowlands, Least it seemed like people were tired of her at the end of SL

my guess for her surprise is because of the the history between the High Elves and Night Elves after the War of the Ancients.

Okay, awesome. Thanks for letting me know. I remember now the incident of the alliance not letting the blood elves or high elves into the alliance or something but I’m spacing on the specifics. I have the audiobook so I’ll have to give it a listen and get the full story of it. Thanks for letting me know!

Sounds kinda silly to say you haven't read the books when it's really critical for lore creators to know about those things.. Sorry I'm a lore nerd myself so just b*tching, good video mostly tho!

Mostly it is time as far as why I haven't read all the books, I don't own all the books at the moment, but whenever I do own them I try to go through them and get the context, but trying to get the videos out in a somewhat timely fashion is tough since i can be a slow reader so it would take forever to get a video out if I was reading all the books, but whenever i get more time in the future i'd love to dive into the books and get more of them. I've read a handful or at least listened to them on Audible or another creator, but just haven't done it myself. the bulk of my info comes from the wiki and I use the books If i have them to confirm it or in-game stuff to confirm it. But i'm glad you still enjoyed the video :). It is a learning process for me that is for sure lol
