Windscreen Washer Pump Replacement - Volkswagen Polo

How to remove and replace the windscreen washer pump on a 2002 to 2009 VW Polo Mk4 9N. If your windscreen washer isn't spraying and you have already checked that the fuse is good and that the nozzles and hoses aren't clogged or kinked, then the pump itself could be faulty and may need to be replaced. Hi Bro, My car is polo 9n 1.4 75 hp My car shakes and knocks when I stop and go a lot in congested traffic. There are fluctuations in RPM. While accelerating, when reaching 3000 rpm, the vehicle chokes and does not consume gas. When I put the car in neutral it stops. But these complaints disappear when the car rests and the engine cools down. This happens whenever the car is forced or stuck in congested traffic. What do you think about problems? Thank you.

It's possible that of the ignition coils could be faulty. Sometimes the fault only shows up when it gets hot. If that is the problem, it can be hard to find which one is faulty. If you can borrow a coil or get a used one from a car dismantler, you can swap it with each coil in turn and run the car warm to find out which one makes the difference.

@@screwsnutsandbolts Thank you for answer.I will try the coil test. By the way, I forgot to add that the engine temperature needle reaches 90 degrees very quickly. In other words, after starting the car for the first time in the morning, it becomes 90 degrees after 500 meters. When I opened the water tank and checked the water with my finger, it was really hot. The weather is hot here (33 degrees Celsius). Should I consider this normal? Is this temperature increase related to the complaints I wrote about before?

That sounds like a different issue with your cooling system. There could be a problem with your water pump, thermostat or radiator fan. There could also be air in the coolant system or some other blockage. You should probably have a mechanic have a look at that.
