Hey...never got any puncture during that time. Later as u know I opted for Tubeless conversion. Life is much more peaceful now 🙂

My height is 6’4”, is this windshield good? Any cracks on high speeds? Will it make noise?

May be windshield extender is required in your case. There's no vibration, no noise. Observed very small cracks while going towards lonavala but not sure it was developed during high-speed because I didn't saw any further development on cracks while coming back.

Do u face any extra windblast due to your helmet having the beak?

No...I have been using this helmet last 3 years. Did many highway trips Mumbai - jaipur, Mumbai - Goa never faced any issue even at 110 kmph. But I prefer to ride around 90 kmph.
