So the taxes are 2.2% of the home purchase? So a 2 million home sale equates to roughly 44k a year in property taxes?

If you check my channel I just did a video over property taxes in Texas! The tax assessed value is almost always much lower than the purchase price. They also assess the taxes for the year prior and the county has no idea what you bought the home for because we are a non disclosure state!

What's your take on Princeton Sicily Lagoon Community Homes by Megatel as compared to Windsong Ranch at Prosper.

It won’t compare. Megatel is a decent builder, but definitely not a high end builder. People will also be able to pay to enter and swim in the other lagoons once opened. I thinks it’s a great spot if that’s what your budget affords. Windsong is still in a class of its own.
