The first knot is called Four-in-Hand, not the Windsor knot. The second knot is a not so popular variation of classic Windsor knot (which some like to call the Double Windsor).

Windsor, Double Windsor and Full Windsor - all these names are the names of the same group of knots, called the Windsor Knot.
