I would just keep an eye on Facebook marketplace and kijiji. Big companies like skyline are good but lots of small investors have good places for rent

People in Kingsville don't dress like cowboys/girls, the rodeo is only 1 weekend a year in the summer which is held in leamington sunparlor arena. Don't forget to mention all the migrant workers in the area as well .
