Das klingt doch vielversprechend, sind die Aufstiegs und Weiterbildungschancen etwa gleich hoch für Quereinsteiger oder wird eine Ausbildung für Mechatronik Offshore empfohlen?

Hallo @ZLP-TM, alle Servicetechniker haben bei uns die gleichen Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Einzig die Einstiegsmöglichkeiten und die Schulungsplanung unterscheiden sich je nach Einstiegsart.
