2 tablespoon yeast is not needed for a 600ml wine or beer.... 1 tb spoon is enough and one more thing yeast is not so good for our stomach

No need for grapes. Just add little more molasses. Less methanol (harmful) will be created vs ethanol.

Actually fermentation takes 10 days to prepare alcohol ...But u showed kept a side for only 1 day ! Is this works ? I think Alcohol percentage may be low ,

Methanol of above 10ml is dangerous, how ever to produce 10ml you need to make very large quantity of wine.since formation of methanol is only 0.02% and has low boiling point than ethanol and water in factories it will be collected separately while distilling process and surprisingly ethanol is antidote for methanol consumption.

Maximum u can get only to 12% by this method, use strong distiller yeast for good result

80% of fermentation will be over in 24hours while using baker yeast, you can keep 3-4 days fermentation will be completed and solution will be clear, you can drink without drinking

@@yougottolearn5804 intresting, I will try it out myself, I have been using wild yeast from various fruits..that gave different flavours and unique taste, also I do primary fermentation for 10 days and secondary fermentation for another 4-6weeks which is a long process 😀

Problem is kick, which is only for 1 -2 hour or so. Longer the fermentation better the taste and abv. Fermentation of 24-48-72 hours is a big NO. Best results is only after 21 days fermentation and bottling of 7 days. And never use bakery yeast. It will stop your abv at 4-5% and taste will be bad. I have made lot of wines and every time i stop fermentation in 14 days and it always taste best infact better then wine we get from wine shops

@@IamMrRaaj True that. But baking yeast works fine as well if you give it long enough to settle. I've used baking yeast in ginger beers and they come out great without any off flavors but sure need a lot of time to sit

@@IamMrRaaj and... for turbo yeast 3 days are enough for a jugadu wine (can easily reach over 10% abv in just 42 hours). It won't taste that great but good enough

Any jaggery will be fine ,if you are getting brown sugar that will be more effective

Good efforts for the video. However post fermentation boiling the mash will induce methanol and other harmful chemicals which is very harmful for human body.

If you are using Bakers yeast fermentation will stop within 48hours, 4 to 5 days waste of time

Methanol of above 10ml is dangerous, how ever to produce 10ml you need to make very large quantity of wine.since formation of methanol is only 0.02% and has low boiling point than ethanol and water in factories it will be collected separately while distilling process and surprisingly ethanol is antidote for methanol consumption.so dont worry for about methanol for small batch
