Wine & Honey Pairing Tasting in Central Istria

Istria is considered to be the gourmet capital of Croatia, and it is famed for its truffles, olive oil and wine. It is also a region with excellent local family producers, who are working hard to showcase the natural gourmet treasures of the region, often in an innovative way.
Have you ever come across a honey and wine pairing tasting, for example? Pay a visit to Vina Andjelini in Velanov Brijeg, near Pazin in Central Istria, a delightful family business hidden away in the trees at the end of a narrow road.

Love your videos and sharing. One suggestion: Invest in a slightly better mic. You need a little better low end for these. But that said, still love your content immensely! Watching your videos inspired me to apply for my citizenship by descent in Croatia.
