In this video Sifu Dominic Békés shares the form and techniques of the Bart Jarm Dao that he learnt directly from his Sifu GM William Cheung. Also in the video is part of the training system of Wing Chun. The Chi Sao (Sticky Hands) for developing visual and contact reflexes as well as training on the Wooden Dummy for increased mobility, angles, distance and getting your striking power out into the Dummy.
