Wing Chun is an amazing self defense system with techniques that focus on defending against sudden, violent attacks. Wing Chun techniques are honed through training drills and one of the most famous of those drills is Chi Sao (sticking hands). It can look strange to anyone who is unfamiliar with the drill, but Chi Sao can equip you with fight-ready reflexes needed to apply Wing Chun Techniques in a real fight.
