Hi Michal, thanks so much. Definitely there are some similarities between the 2 (you remove the apparent wind and bring the wind up in both tricks). But with the back wing, you move the wing up and behind you much more firmly than a H jibe in order to fully flip the wind onto your back.

Have you tried waist leash? You prefer wrist? Seems they have their strengths... no perfect solution

Hi Eric, I've tried all the options. So far I prefer the wing leash attached to my wrist and the board leash attached to my waist, as that keeps the leash clear of the board. What are you using?

@@kitesurfcollege Ok interesting. I have been riding waist from the beginning almost, thinking it was way superior, but I am reconsidering. I am starting to tack and find that it gets in the way, similarity to gybes... I find I have to duck my head back to avoid the leash wrapping my neck... Will give wrist a go again.
