Wingfoil Quick Tip #1 - Personal Locator Beacons

First in a new series, it seemed right to start with a very important piece of safety equipment to consider getting hold of - a personal locator beacon.
Waterproof and will when triggered will transmit your unique identifier and location to the rescue services.
