WINGFOILING THE AUTUMN STORMS IN CORNWALL 2023

With a torn miniscus and unable to kite or windsurf 2023 was all about Wing Foiling!
We had a crazy run of Autumn Storms in Cornwall with day after day of winds over 30mph from September to November.
Including the UKs 1st ever Foil wave comp the Kernow Foil Classic at Daymar Bay.

Have you checked the top speed? And if so, what did it clock out at?

You mean the foil? I’ve not ridden it in flat water but have clocked 27mph flagged out on a wave. I know people who have done 30knts on it

Do you leave your bag on the beach? Plenty of dog mess and dogs weeing at long rock but no sewage pipes

How's the 2024 Unit? Worth the upgrade? Have you use the slick, that's what I'm on typically but had a 2022 Unit, Considering going back with those new handles

The 23 slick was a big upgrade in how the wings flew. The 24 unit was an upgrade on the slick for wave riding. You will be very happy with either of the latest slick or unit 😊

yes i have a 5m 2023 slick that is fantastic, maybe I'll get a 3.5 Unit 2024 for strong winds @@pastyadventures

@@pastyadventures thanks I have been using a 12 with max lens gives good results. Great for windsurfing and winging in Torbay. Few shots on my channel.
