most important tip I can give you is get a stick fixed to your wing tower and one on the wing so that you can eyeball raise the toe slightly when plowing. that will prevent tearing the wing off which can happen if you are simply turning sharp with it down because the friction of that contact is all it takes to rip it off. raise the heel too if its snowing hard, you'll save your cutting edge for when you want to scrape it clean after the storm.

I use the step method. Runway is 60ft plus 12 on each side. Then I have to throw snow otherwise I run out of lift

If you wanna make good money apply at your states DOT department. Typically union. Pay and benefits are amazing. Work on your license then CDL. You'll thank me
