It’s refreshing to see posts of games even though you lost, you can learn more from these games oftentimes. I would have been tempted to go grassland purple Martin and dig for a bit for a wetlands bird to feed it, but it’s still an uphill climb

Definitely an option, but agree it's hard to see a winning path in this game - it was a tough one! Always lessons to be learned regardless of the result

Well played but a good example of “only so much you can do”. Your opponent played very very well.

They for sure played well!

Ah well, a loss had to come eventually. Still in a very good position after six games though! Also just in case you were interested, Pukeko is pronounced PU-kehk-oh instead of Pu-KEEK-oh. I'm watching your vids from New Zealand so I see quite a few of them!

Thanks for the local knowledge! Will try my best to get it right next time, but once a pronunciation is in your head it's hard to adjust 😅

Tough to win when your opponent gets what they need. Don’t think any miss play cost you. Just wasn’t gonna be your day. Onto the next game

idk if it's just me (curious to hear others opinions) but i would slightly tone down the background music a bit relative to your speaking voice

His voice is pretty loud and easy to understand, but I could agree that the music could be toned down very slightly. Either way his voice is more than clear enough to enjoy the videos.

Absolutely had no issues with hearing and comprehension it’s just the background music is “little annoying” and distracting

can't say I had the same complaint

Thanks for the feedback! I recently switched to a new laptop & editing software so it's been a bit of a battle trying to get the settings right. Hopefully will find a better sound balance in time
