Now I can’t see perfectly but there looks like there is enough room for the clutch, brake and throttle pedal can be mounted through the floor. All you’d have to do is make a panel to check fluids. I know I saw them at summit racing for old trucks that have a small dash. Idea only. Looks great!

It’s coming together, looking sick!!! The fact that someone over 6ft tall owns a reg cab and you guys have accommodated that fact into the build is impressive. Things get real tight in rangers once everything gets put together.

Haha I’m only 5’10 but like I say I’ll take 6 foot if you wanna give it to me 😆😆 not that much a difference lol. The small packaging is what I really like about single cabs tbh
@jasoncampbell4723 Жыл бұрын
@@theryanweaverphoto I’ll give it to ya. Lol I’m 6’5” and my DripRail is an extracab as well as my B series Mazda. I can’t fit in a reg cab with the motor in the stock location.

2.3l turbo out of the new ranger would be dope. With the 10 speed it's quick.
@justonpreble4083 Жыл бұрын
Absolutely 👍🏼 💯 I’m building a single cab 1998 style side Ranger with the 2.3 EcoBoost and 10 Speed from the current gen Ranger… Mine is for weekend AutoCross fun here in Texas. Maybe some day I’ll do a PreRunner with a separate Ranger…

Should have tilted the radiator the opposite way. The air is going to move from the bottom and front of the truck up and over way more easily than it would go down under the truck the way the radiator is tilted now. Not a huge issue - it will still get plenty of air but it would be more efficient and cause less drag to do it the opposite way Really impressed with how fast the truck is moving along!
@ChristianEwingVD Жыл бұрын
It really isnt a big deal. This is the best way for packaging all this stuff in the front of the truck without stuff looking completely out of place. As long as the radiator has a direct shot to the air coming through the grill, the two fans on the backside of the radiator will do the rest of the work and do it very efficiently. If this was a factory radiator still or something really small id be more concerned about how air is being directed. Thanks for following along!
