Have you tried drinking one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water hopefully this could help lower swelling it also helps heal with people think it's arthritis but it's just inflammation of the nerves try it out if you are not allergic to apples or vinegar thank you for sharing! :-) and congratulations to the winner Joe! :-)
