It is sad they are treated this way. That is the sad reality of what is happening in our Nigerian churches. But is it a must they must continue to be pastors? They are just working to enlarge the business conglomerates of another man. You can serve God without necessarily being a full-time or a part-time pastor. I know it is difficult in Nigeria now, but there are a lot of things to do to earn money. Even the small money they are paid, if they don't meet their quota, they won't get paid. They had better go look for work. That was how I wasted time in Deeperlife life being a worker and praying for a husband that God already gave to me on a platter of gold, but I did not know it. I was told I couldn't marry him then because I hadn't dreamed about him. Just because he was not from Deeperlife. But as God would have, we got married years later after I left the church. They had better leave the pastoral work alone and go look for work to take care of their family before it is too late.

Very very insightful video... ❤❤ I was a winners member and the whole thing became very exhausting for me . Especially as a church worker ushering, hospitality blablabla. That soul winning thing or operation whatever no be small thing. I had to stop that nonsense cos it was looking like we have to drag members of other churches to winners and they claim we are one body of christ. Its so annoying truly. As a winners member, if you truly want to serve in the church, you wont have time for your own life going for evangelism every evening and weekends all in the name of operation whatever. People are at different stages of spiritual growth and maturity. The main thing is to escape the trap. A young christian wants to serve God with his life, this is worsened when other church leaders recruit them into the fold especially when they see your potential ( meaning professional status and wealth) I have met bankers who lost their job because they thought they were serving God by helping the church to launder money. The church abandoned them after they lost their jobs. I have met students who were asked to withdraw from university due to poor academic grades( failure) because she was always in church doing choir practice. An accountant graduated with third class which has limited her options in Life as per job security. She personally told me she regrets her church activities as a student. It is about wisdom and spiritual maturity. Just thank God you were not affected by these people in the name of serving God

There is an entire process to go through before becoming a pastor in the commission. Most have been in too deep before realizing the truth. The matter of their family welfare is also an issue as their children attend the schools.
