Useful tips + hygiene , very good. I even put my pillows in the washing machine & dry them in the dryer even though with the dryer it takes longer bur is cool, sometimes I throw away and make new purchases, depending my preference, I live alone anyway, I'm kinda neat freak person , I prefer stuff done in nice & also organizing way , also I dispose stuff I don't need away, just to have nearly nice & spacious surrounding❤❤. Thank you girl, I am not a fan of a TV in the bedroom. I prefer reading before sleeping other than watching TV,I charge my phone outside the bedroom,i intentionally leave it there 30minutes to my actual sleeping time it is a good habit to keep. Hi Winnie, nice video, very informative. It also had me laughing out loud in some segments! That being said, I think there may be some exceptions to two rules you talked about: 1. No cell phones - I agree, a cell phone is a major distraction in your rest space. However, it may be vital to have one on your bedside table (not on the bed) in case of an emergency. To cut/minimize the "chaos" of the cell phone, it could be put on vibrate/silent mode and let it be a special cell phone that bears a phone number that close family and friends know they should call ONLY if there is a medical emergency (which is not something that happens all the time, but it could happen). I think it is imperative to make provisions for those contingencies. Of course, it is imperative to emphasize to the few in your "inner circle" the importance of calling that phone ONLY in a life and death situation! 2. No eating in the room - very true, that is inappropriate. However, there is one item I think is very vital to have again on the bedside table - WATER...for medical purposes, in case a person wakes up and feels any weird sensations in the body that can be soothed with some sips of water, to drink first thing in the morning BEFORE you brush your teeth (as this has been advised by medical practitioners) etc. My opinions I thought to share. I hope you can reply to this about what you think. Great job with this though! 👍
