Happy for you that you're agile and mobile during your first week. I was weak and in so much in pain throughout my first month! I suggest switching to reusable diapers sometime after 3 months. The dark 💩 stains the reusable pads (and so hard to clean) so better to disposables first. Welcome to the crazy yet fulfilling world of motherhood!

Take some lecithin if you have clogged milk ducts. Super painful huhu. Warm compress on the part where you can see the white dots (milk that can't come out). But the best is baby latch 😅 to unclog 😅 welcome to mommyhood ❤

@@jeniranillo it just came naturally, this easier said than done but the best thing to do is not to stress about it, if you can't produce than just switch to formula. That was my plan in case I couldn't product breastmilk

With my experience, my 2nd cs was the best… with my first I got infection so the recovery was so hard.. also had phantom pains till i got pregnant.. then with my third my incisions got infected.. i had pus because i had no help in taking care of the baby becoz of the pandemic so i cleaned, burped, bathe the baby which strained my wound… But all worth it becoz babies are such a joy
