Today I had my first electric guitar lesson and I want to thank you for being a massive inspiration! I know this is an old video, but Nita is a great person! I had the experience of her playing my Jiva (I thought I was getting a used one, what I didn’t know was that she’d be the one using it) onstage at the guitar clinic I went to and then directly handing it to me. So cool to see this, you both are inspirations to me!!

Congrats. Just got a 7 string myself , albeit for some country twangy stuff!! 1999 Washburn WG587, a great underrated bang-for-buck guitar. FYI many moons before the dawn of METAL, jazz guitarist George Van Eps had Epiphone( the real, pre Gibson Epiphone ) and Gretsch make him a 7 string. 7 strings takes a minute to get used to and if you have small hands may be a struggle but Ibanez neck are pretty thin so may not be too hard.
