Price enforcement can really screw you if your not careful. If your going to do it, make sure it makes sense and that you'd be ok with winning the player at that price. Because it's all fun and games until you win players that you don't need that wreck your budget, just because you didn't want a guy getting a 3$ discount.

You can never over prepare for an auction draft. I have found the real value is in the upper middle range players because most owners don't have money left to outbid you. The first 6 or 7 rounds I nominate players to get other owners to spend their money.

Are you doing any "leagues" like in football? I've never done an Auction Draft but it sounds great.

Pierre is in two of the leagues I run. All are auction drafts. We have room in one MLB H2H league if you would like to try it out. We also have 3 NFL leagues when time comes if you are a quality owner looking for an auction football league.

Zero chance those guys would go for a buck in my league. Absolutely none. 12 team, NL only, farm draft, bid price is a 3 year contract, plus option to extend
