I’d say comprable, I think the Fly is higher waisted which some may like and some may prefer a lower cut like winning. Both perform well kinda boils down to preference

I’m a fat fuck XL, but for you I’d say M you could definitely go L, but I’d bet M is your size. 120-150ibs =M and 150-180ibs= L

@@jinnamkoong2979 Medium is 30"-33" so I think your good, these also have laces and elastic so it gives a little more room when needed. If your still in doubt then size up.
